Visual Identity & Webshop | Nov 2014 – Mar 2016

During my 16 months with the international SugarTrends team, I led the visual design direction for the brand across digital and print.
I redesigned the entire international webshop, elevating the visual identity and improving usability for both customers and local shop owners on the platform. My role combined creative direction and hands-on design, producing marketing materials, refining layouts, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Collaborating closely with the development team gave me a strong understanding of responsive design principles and data-driven design decisions, including A/B testing and ongoing optimization.
