During my 16 months with the international SugarTrends team, I led the visual design direction for the brand across digital and print.I redesigned the entire international webshop, elevating the visual identity and improving usability for both customers and local shop owners on the platform. My role combined creative direction and hands-on design, producing marketing materials, refining layouts, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Collaborating closely with the development team gave me a strong understanding of responsive design principles and data-driven design decisions, including A/B testing and ongoing optimization.
